Palic - House

Family house 127m2 in Palić, on the very edge of a large park, in the immediate vicinity of the ZOO, the flying stage and the shore of the lake at the end of the street (Zenski strand). The house is built of hard material (bricks). Renovated in 2011 and in full swing: replaced roof structure and tiles, new installation of three-phase electricity, introduced sewerage and water supply system. The house has a 52 m drilled well.
